1. Download a program called: Hide IP Platinum try mininova, isohunt ect..
2. Search for proxy ip's here: http://proxy-list.org/en/ and get the fastest latency's (closest to 0.00 as possible)
3. In Ip platinum they also have proxies but those are slow from places like china and stuff so change the slow ones with step 2
4. go to a download site with ip recognition like megaupload or rapidshare
5. find a suitable proxy with step 2 and set it in Ip platinum and download your file!
Note that you can use thousands of proxies to download your files and IP platinum is there to fool the sites that you are that ip so download one movie with an ip from italy and the next with an ip from germany so to speak.
